I was somewhat apprehensive meeting with Dr. Filippone after reading the many negative reviews which, fortunately, did NOT reflect my personal experience.   She was professional, attentive, compassionate and took the time to explain in details her findings following a scope.   She is also very thorough and wants to make sure there are no underlying issues.  She requested a barrium swallow test be done which was promptly scheduled that same week.   I am very satisfied with her care and would strongly recommend her to anyone needing an ENT specialist.

The Dr is absolutely lovely, my wife thinks so too having seen her a few months back. I was treated with respect, listened to, had everything explained to me and  was referred for further investigation. I did not feel rushed either. I will be followed up as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I felt compelled to write a review after such disparaging comments made by others. Please ignore them. There are always 2 sides to a story.
